The third stage of the process mainly deals with your arousal. This stage is a little hard to explain because when you have premature ejaculation you don’t really seem to notice this stage, it happens real quick.

One of the key factors in controlling premature ejaculation is being able to control sexual arousal. When the body and mind are not relaxed, arousal will be to hard to control resulting in early ejaculation.

Also, not being in a relaxed state can cause other problems such as inhibited sexual desire  and acquired erectile dysfunction. There were plenty of times when I was nervous and anxious, which resulted in either not getting it up or ejaculating to early.

All because I was not in a relaxed state.
